Notice of Annual General Meeting

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the members of the Association in Defence of the Wrongly Convicted will be held at Friends House (Meeting Room) 60 Lowther Avenue, Toronto, Ontario at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on Saturday the 6th of June, 2009 for the following purposes:

1. Welcome and opening remarks by Interim Executive Director, Debbie Oakley.
2. To hear annual activity report presented by Jonathan Freedman and Ralph Steinberg, Interim Co-Presidents of AIDWYC.
3. To hear Treasurer's Report and to appoint Auditors for AIDWYC.
4. By-law recommended changes.
5. To elect members of the Board of Directors to replace members of the Board of Directors who are retiring or who have completed their term of office.
6. To transact such further or other business as may be necessary or desirable, in connection with the organization of AIDWYC or otherwise.
