Financial donations
Financial donations of any amount help us pay for forensic and investigative services, support the reform and education initiatives that help us address the causes of wrongful convictions, and support administrative costs. The AIDWYC Foundation is the charitable fundraising arm of AIDWYC.

Donations made to the Foundation are tax deductable. You may donate directly online by clicking the "Donate Button" or the right or, you may download a donation form and mail or fax it to our office.

Where Does the Money Go?
Your donation to the AIDWYC Foundation will be used to support the charitable work of AIDWYC.

Your donation will be used:
• To provide legal services to low income persons in judicial proceedings to establish that a wrongful conviction has occurred and that the individual should be exonerated. These services might include activities such as hiring expert advisors (e.g., psychologists, forensic experts, private investigators), obtaining documents necessary for the review of cases, finding witnesses, monitoring and supporting the case review process, etc.,

• To educate and raise awareness about wrongful convictions and their causes. This includes publication of resources, instructional seminars etc., and

• To provide financial assistance for the necessities of life for individuals who have been wrongly convicted while they are receiving legal services from AIDWYC.
