Complete and return an application form
To request that AIDWYC review a claim of wrongful conviction, please complete and return an application form. Please note that the application contains a waiver, setting out the terms of a case review, that must be signed before the review of a case can begin. The form also requires the applicant to agree to submit to DNA testing, where applicable.
